As of right now Live Help is temporarily down. It will come back next update or the update after that with new features.
Don’t you hate when you have to go somewhere to help somebody and the person requesting help is gone? I know you do. Well now the questions will be sent via Whisper Chat. The person requesting help will temporarily be added to your Friend’s Bar so that you can help them out. When you finish helping them they will be removed from your Friend’s Bar…unless they are your friend of course.
